The hair shall be shampooed within 24 hours of the appointment and must be free of gels, waxes, grease, and oils.
Consultations
All new establishments require a new visit consultation.

An initial consultation is also recommended for transfer clients.Those clients who do not schedule a consultation will be subject to a >2 week re-tight fee for the first visit.
New Establishments
A $250 non-refundable deposit is due one week before new installations to secure a date. The balance of the payment is due on the day of installation, prior to the start of service.
Please clear your schedule for the duration of the visit. Most visits will be scheduled for 12 consecutive hours over 2 days. Please see appointment details for more information. Accommodations may be made to establish the locks over 3 (10) hour days or 4 (8) hour days.
Some healthy snacks (granola, dried fruit), water, and tea will be available. Please bring a lunch with you. A microwave and refrigerator are available to store your food items.
TV
Cable television is available for viewing.
Please bring any DVDs you would like to view.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
Cancellation and rescheduling of an initial establishment is subject to an additional $100 re-booking fee. This fee is not applied towards the establishment price. This fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.
Cancellation without notice and rescheduling of a re-tightening session is subject to approval and a $30 re-booking fee. The $30 re-booking fee does not apply towards the re-tightening session. This fee must be paid prior to rescheduling. Habitual cancellations will result in refusal of service.
Smoking
This is a strictly smoke free and drug free campus. Please be prepared to refrain from these activities for the duration of your appointment.
Guests & Children
Parents accompanying minors are permitted to attend the initial consultation. All other guests will need to make other arrangements to spend quality time with you.
Payment
Payment, for all services, is due prior to the start of service on the day of the appointment. (This does not pertain to the initial establishment deposit.)
All military personnel with a current, valid ID receive a 10% discount on all services.
All college students with a current, valid ID and a transcript or "report card" showing a GPA of 3.0 or more receive a 10% discount on all services.
